Construction Project Management and Performance BIM and Construction Integration Value Engineering and Management

Abstract

Several methods of estimating the cost or price of construction projects are in current use in the construction industry. These are well established and due to a measure of conservatism in both estimators and quantity surveyors changes are slow to come about. There is, however, a movement towards greater use of the computer.
