Abstract

Using the meso theory framework introduced by House, Rousseau and Thomas-Hunt which integrates the study of organizational behavior and organization theory simultaneously, this book fills the need of many health management programs that offer a combined organizational behavior and theory course. It provides a clear and concise overview of the essential topics in organization theory and design from the healthcare manager's perspective.
