Knowledge Transfer in Multinational Corporations: Evidence from German Firms

Abstract

In recent years, several theoretical and empirical studies in the field of organizational knowledge management were published. With rare exceptions, however, little attention has been paid to the specific aspects of knowledge transfer within MNCs. The purpose of this article is to overcome this limitation and to explore how knowledge is transferred across organizational and national boundaries. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
