Information processing and models of teaching essential teaching skills and the teaching of thinking the inductive method - a constuctivist view of learning the concept attainment model the integrative model - teaching organized bodies of knowldege the direct instruction model teaching organized bodies of knowledge - the lecture discussion model developing thinking skills through inquiry the co-operative learning model adapting instruction to improve effectiveness.
