Beyond Traditional School Learning: Fostering Agency and Collective Creativity in Hybrid Educational Activities

Abstract

This chapter is concerned with understanding how multiagency organizations work together, why on occasions they fail to work together, and what might be done to improve that. We consider the ways that they share and create information and knowledge. How awareness and understanding is achieved. How and what they report. How instructions and commands are issued and received. How decisions and their consequences are made and considered. These are all questions that need to be understood if we are to improve how people from different organizations can work together in a collective and creative manner.
