Clima y satisfacción laboral en una organización del Estado

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in the Provincial Municipality of San Martín (San Martín region, Peru - 2022). The research is basic with a quantitative approach. Likewise, it has a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a descriptive - correlational level. The sample consisted of 174 collaborators from the MPSM (Provincial Municipality of San Martín). The survey was used as a data collection technique for OC (Organizational Climate) and SL (Job Satisfaction). In addition, to verify reliability, Cronbach's alpha was submitted, where for CO there was a coefficient of 0.782; meanwhile, for the SL, it had a coefficient of 0.703. In conclusion, the results of the study according to the statistical test of the Rho coefficient (0.373) and the p-value (0.001), projected that the organizational climate is positively related to a low level with job satisfaction in the MPSM collaborators.
