SMEs face problems when establishing inductive processes for human talent, which can negatively affect production. The correct application of induction can strengthen the learning of new employees and improve the skills, knowledge and abilities of employees. To maintain adequate staff induction, the process and work performance of employees must be verified in accordance with regulations. This study aims to analyze the induction processes in companies and the factors that affect them. A quantitative survey-based approach was used to collect data, with an exploratory and descriptive experimental research design. The study will focus on all SMEs in the Quinindé Canton and their employers to identify the models applied. The results highlight the importance of applying appropriate inductive processes in companies and considering the relevant variables and dimensions. In conclusion, the proper application of human resource induction can strengthen the learning of new employees, improve the capabilities of employees and increase production in SMEs.
