Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is a strategy for improving an organization's efficiency and productivity via the application of environmentally friendly HR policies and procedures. Developing an organizational culture that fosters environmental sustainability is just one of many facets of human resource management (HRM), which also includes employee engagement, hiring and selection, training and development, performance management, pay management, and more. These strategies improve effectiveness, maximize output, strengthen brand reputation, and encourage sustainability in the long run. According to studies, GHRM practices are very important for building a long-term business culture, increasing employee engagement, strengthening teamwork, and improving the company's reputation. The relationship between GHRM and organizational effectiveness has been the subject of prior studies that relied heavily on empirical data. In conclusion, GHRM implementation is a smarter way for companies to get an advantage in the market and help solve global environmental problems in the long run, not to mention it's the right thing to do from a moral standpoint.
