Abstract

Die demografische Entwicklung in Deutschland stellt an die Unternehmen große Herausforderungen: Einerseits sinkt die Geburtenrate in Deutschland. Zum anderen steigt die durchschnittliche Lebenserwartung (Länge & Menke, 2007). Die Gesellschaft veraltet. Die daraus resultierenden Auswirkungen sind auch in vielen Unternehmen spürbar.
