La negociación colectiva en España: una reforma pendiente

espanolEn este articulo, se intenta caracterizar el sistema de negociacion colectiva espanol y avanzar en el estudio de su influencia sobre el funcionamiento de nuestromercado de trabajo. Con este objetivo, se describen las caracteristicas de nuestra estructura de concertacion y se evalua el impacto de la reforma del marco institucional laboral de 1994. A continuacion, se estudianlas diferencias en las condiciones salariales pactadas segun los distintos ambitos de negociacion y se aborda el estudio de una cuestion inedita en nuestra literatura: la influencia de la negociacion colectiva sobrela formacion profesional. Finalmente, se reflexiona acerca de la reciente reforma laboral y se presentan algunas propuestas para profundizar en ella. EnglishThis papertries to characterise the system of collective negotiation in Spain and tries to further the study of its influence over the functioning of our labour markets. With this objective it describes the characteristics ofour structure of negotiation and evaluates the impactof the 1994 reform of the labour institutional framework. Next, the paper studies the differences in the agreed salary conditions according to the different ranges of negotiation, and deals with the study of the unpublished question in our literature, i.e. the influence of collective negotiation over professional training. Finally, the reflects on the recent labour reform and presents some proposals to study in depth.
