The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Tugu Mandiri Life Insurance. From the results of research that has been carried out by the author, it is found that for the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient, a value of r = 0.833 is obtained, this means that the relationship between motivation and employee performance is positive with a very strong level of significance, while the results of calculations using the coefficient of determination formula can be The result of R-Square = 0.694 or 69.4% shows that the influence of motivation on employee performance is 69.4%, while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables not examined by the author. Meanwhile, from the results of calculations using the regression equation formula Y=24,981+0,430X+e which means that there is an influence between the motivational variables on the employee performance variable of 0.430, so that if motivation increases it will be accompanied by an increase in employee performance of 0.430, while the constant value of the regression equation is 24,981, meaning that if there is no work motivation (X = 0) then the employee performance value is 24,981, and the last is the calculation result of the t-count value is 10,423, it can be said that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance at PT. Tugu Mandiri Life Insurance. Asuransi Jiwa Tugu Mandiri.
