Um- und Neubau der Kommunalstrukturen in Ostdeutschland

Abstract

Dem nachstehenden Aufsatz ist eine doppelte Aufgabe gestellt. Zum einen soll er von der Stellung und den Funktionen der Kommunen in der Staatsorganisation der DDR (Abschnitt 1), zum andern vom Um- und Neubau der Politik- und Verwaltungsstrukturen der ostdeutschen Kommunen nach dem Kollaps des SED-Regimes und nach dem Beitritt der DDR zur Bundesrepublik handeln (Abschnitt 2 ff.).1
